Design & Build XR provides an immersive spatial visualization platform that transforms architectural designs into interactive, full-scale digital experiences—known as spaces—that can be accessed on any device. These spaces are 3D environments created from 2D floor plans or 3D design files, allowing users to walk through and explore unbuilt environments as if they were physically there.

Upload your floor plans (PDF) and any elevations or design notes. We’ll review your files and confirm what’s needed to move forward.
After reviewing your files, we’ll send over a custom quote. Once approved and paid, we’re ready to start.
If you're starting with 2D plans, our team will create an immersive, interactive 3D model—perfect for walkthroughs, reviews, and collaboration.

Already have a 3D model that meets our guidelines? We’ll skip straight to uploading and optimizing it for use in the Design & Build XR platform.
Access your model using a secure link or code inside the Design & Build XR app. Explore your space on a phone, tablet, headset, or in a full-scale projection facility—whenever and wherever you need it.
Use your model to present to clients, align your team, or finalize key decisions faster. It’s also a powerful sales tool - helping buyers, stakeholders, or investors truly experience the space. Your model stays live in the DBXR app for 12 months, with optional extensions available.
